General Contracting

Utilizing a General Contractor is the traditional project delivery method. Based on drawings provided by an architect hired by the owner, the General Contractor provides a total cost to the owner for the completion of the project; including all materials and subcontracting services. Constant attention is given to the coordination of various trades, the schedule and the quality of work along with continuous interactive communication with the client.
