Our construction management methodology is based on a two phase approach consisting of design or preconstruction and construction.
Design / Pre-construction Phase:
The success of a construction project is most often determined during the planning and design stage. Selecting a construction manager to provide pre-construction services in the early stages of the project enables the architect to maximize the building program while maintaining integrity of design. As design details and developed costs analysis, schedules and constructability reviews are conducted to help ensure the project success as it moves into the construction phase.

Construction Phase:
There is no substitute for a well managed construction project. Utilization of a construction manager during the construction phase of a project creates a "team approach" to the construction process where owner, architect, and contractor all work toward the common goal of a quality project, completed on-time and within budget. The construction manager is responsible for the construction means and methods, and the delivery of completed work within the owners’ objectives of time, cost, and quality.
